- The Property Image: Using Google Maps aerial mapping, we include a snapshot of aerial imagery for every address to get precise roof measurements. This image will accurately represent the roof’s structure and situation before the claim is filed.
- Measurement Reports: The roof measurement reports include a three-dimensional model of the reports that shows the roof’s structure and steepness, and linear measurements, like length, hips, ridges, valleys, rakes, eaves, drip edges, flashing, step flashing, and parapet walls.
- Summary: A summary page will be included in the roof measurement report, which brings together all the essential information into one page, providing a quick overview of the report.
We deliver the final report for every order in ESX format and in PDF format. One price, no hidden charges or extra fees. The ESX file can be uploaded to Xactimate software, which is an industry-standard software, widely used for estimating property claims by claims adjusters. The PDF file can be easily shared with involved parties or in conjunction with the roofing contractors bid.

Every 1ESX order gets (1) .ESX file with all report details ready for import into Xactimate software. We don’t charge extra for complexity or number of facets etc. Simple transparent pricing, unlimited facets, no BS!. If you want a PDF version you can simply select the ESX + PDF roof report type option and get a PDF version for $10 extra.
What is the turnaround time for my order?
1ESX strives to deliver orders within 24 hours! You can also select the expedited option when ordering for $10 extra. This gives you a 4-6 hour turnaround instead of 24 hours.
How accurate are your roofing diagrams and what kind of details are provided?
Our roof diagrams exceed a 95% accuracy industry standard whether photos are provided or not. If you have photos that can assist, please upload them during the ordering process along with any additional information you think will help.
