What do I get with my order?
Every 1ESX order gets (1) .ESX file with all report details ready for import into Xactimate software. We don’t charge extra for complexity or number of facets etc. Simple transparent pricing, unlimited facets, no BS!. If you want a PDF version you can simply select the ESX + PDF roof report type option and get a PDF version for $10 extra.
What is the turnaround time for my order?
1ESX strives to deliver orders within 24 hours! You can also select the expedited option when ordering for $10 extra. This gives you a 4-6 hour turnaround instead of 24 hours.
How accurate are your roofing diagrams and what kind of details are provided?
Our roof diagrams exceed a 95% accuracy industry standard whether photos are provided or not. If you have photos that can assist, please upload them during the ordering process along with any additional information you think will help.
